POLICY

A non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking any services Deposits will go towards service, remaining balance must be paid out in cash, Cashapp PayPal or square payment.

 

A Proper identification is required to book your appointment. No ID = No Appointment!!!!

 

Must be 18 years old to book any services without a parent and/or guardian consent.

 

NO FOREIGN FILLS.

Unfortunately, I do not work over any other techs work, a REMOVAL must be applied if you come in with another's work.

PLEASE NO OUTSIDE GUESTS

during the time of your appointment.Please come to your appointment with clean lashes. All lash appointments will receive a mini lash bath (5 minutes). For excessive cleaning please add cleaning to your services.

 

All clients will receive a 10 minute grace period upon arrival. Any arrival after the grace period will result in a $15 late fee (unless discussed before appointment). Client must reschedule with a new deposit if more than 10 minutes late (unless discussed with management). Please be respectful/mindful of my time and your appointment time that you have booked.

 

Same day cancellations must be cancelled 12 hours prior to appointment! Anything after 12 hours will result in a forfeit of deposit and charged FULL PRICE of service total.

 

Same day rescheduling must be rescheduled 12 hours prior to appointment for deposit to be transferable. Anything passed will 12 hours for rescheduled will be CHARGED 50% of services booked.

 

NO CALL/ NO SHOW

will forfeit their deposits and be charged FULL AMOUNT of services. If payment doesn’t go through you’ll be BANNED until paid from future appointments, there will be no exceptions!

 

Squeeze in/After hour appointments are offered. Squeeze in fee $40 extra. Anytime a appointment is made before or after hours, Sunday or Holiday's.
